I just got the HeadAmp AE-2 which sounds great right off the bat! (good job justin), but is there a break in period recommended for portables? I also have a Meier Corda Symphony.2 coming in and I now I'll be running that for a few weeks to break it in. Is it even neccessary for portables?

In my opinion, absolutely not. No need to waste time and electricity "breaking in" equipment that will sound great out of the box.

you could just listen to them as you go. if it gets better than great. if not then u been enjoying it all along already
