I have no experience with Brainwavz.
 
I prefer warm sound, no harsh highs, and good but not overbearing bass -- (Shure SE 215, RHA MA 750, HiFiman RE 400/600.)
 
I have small to medium ears and prefer smaller, lighter IEMs (Klipsch XM 5 and 10 fit great as do my Westone 1s.)
 
I like to wear my IEMs over-the-ear.
 
Microphone and controls for iPhone 6 are a plus, but not required for the right IEM.
 
Tangle-free cable is another optional plus.
 
Reliability appreciated.
 
Brainwavz SO or S1?

It sounds like the Brainwavz Delta provides the sound you're after better than S0 or S1. The latter two are more V-shaped versus the warm and balanced Delta.
