I've had these headphones for about a month, and today the right channel suddenly (almost) died, becoming about half as loud as the left channel. I've never had this happen with a headphone before - usually one channel dies entirely. I bought these on Amazon, apparently through mp4nation, so hopefully I'll be able to send them in for warranty.
 
I haven't dealt with mp4nation much before, and love these IEMs at their price - so I thought I'd make a topic and keep it updated on how the warranty process goes, how prompt support is, etc.
 
Worst comes to worst, I'll have an excuse to buy a new IEM.

Check that the driver and driver filter is not plugged.  Earwax often is the culprit.  My Brainwavz M2 unscrew and I am able to flush out any debris trapped near the driver.

From what I can see, the ProAlpha do not unscrew.
