I was looking around the place, searching for a cheap good in-ear earphone to buy. I then found these Brainwavz on eBay for a (cheap) price for Australians. MP4Nation maybe the other alternative, but still. . .are they real or fakes?

The seller has 100% feedback, but he/she is from Hong Kong. I know MP4Nation is from Hong Kong or China as well, just. . .It's EBAY!

No one's going to take the time to fake Brainwavz, they aren't that popular among the public crowd.  They wouldn't make any cash by faking them.

Dont think they are fakes. Their price is the same as buying direct from mp4nation so thats quite weird. You could contact mp4nation. You will get a quick anser from them to be 100% sure.
If you want to buy the M1 though, mp4nation has a discount and you can get them for 30$
