FYI,

I took and installed the ASIO driver from Auzen X-Fi Prelude 7.1 driver installation ... for my old Audigy 2 card and, it looks like it works well (well, not surprised at all).

The Auzen ctasio.dll information:

* file date: 17.12.2007
* file size: 45,5 KB ( 1/3 less than the latest original driver for Audigy series cards (I don't remember if the X-Fi version is smaller from that))
* driver version: 6.00.01.1281-2.14.0830

So, maybe Auzentech has (finally) optimized the code for ctasio.dll a bit (or is the X-Fi version ~same wit this)?

I just installed my Prelude and Foobar listed the Creative ASIO driver (I had an Xtreme Music before...) - I don't know if this is the original driver and wasn't removed with the rest of the Creative drivers, or whether it's part of the Auzentech driver package. It worked, anyway, although I'm actually using ASIO4ALL for no particular reason (other than it works a treat and sounds great!).
