I think static electricity may have killed them. Is this possible? One of them the right channel went out. The other the microphone. Weird. Any suggestions for iems without static issues? The cord seems to gather static electricity somehow. It does not dissipate even after unplugging it from the source!!

Apparently, this is an issue with this model. The one with the microphone. So be advised that, during the winter, you might kill yours.
