Well, it looks as if I may be moving to boston come this fall, as an incoming freshman at MIT. I know there used to be a really big boston head-fi following: are you guys still there? I'm visiting this weekend. Any recommended places to eat, etc, around cambridge? To keep this audio related, how's the hi-fi scene?

Two good Hi-Fi shops:

Goodwin's High-End, in Waltham (it's eight hundred something Main St., right next to Il Cappricio, which is incidentally a very nice resturaunt), and The Natural Sound, which is on Rt. 9, directly next to a large Hummer dealer. I wish I could be more specific.

Both are a moderate drive from Cambridge though, I'd estimate about 45 minutes or so, depending on whatever.
