Basically, would this sound card be enough to power a 2.1 speaker system via the RCA out?
 
I would be using the Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 bookshelf speakers in conjunction with the SW150 subwoofer.

After reading some other articles, I've realized that I would really need an amplifier with that setup.
 
The Lepai LP-2020A+ seems like it would suit my needs.
