I work in a secure environment and no bluetooth is allowed. I have a set of shokz opencom2 bluetooth, which are ideal, but they cannot be used. Can I find something like this with a wired USB connection, NO.

I have a medical condition which precludes me from wearing normal on ear can types.

Please can anyone help me out.
