I've searched and came up with nothing-so I decided to ask: do bone earphones work well? They seem crazy!

Bone conduction headphones? They work, but, like cordless and 'digital' headphones, fall into the category of headphones that work well enough considering their theory of operation but not so well that the average head-fier would put down their grados, beyers, akgs, senns, or whatever else to put them on.
