I am looking for bluetooth IEMs that:
 
- are between $10-$250
- have a very, very small footprint--specifically I want to be able to wear earmuffs over them without pushing them too deep into my ear
- have a 6+ hour battery life
- preferably foam tips
 
Do such IEMs exist yet?

Well.. pugz sealed.

It's not really 6h+ though, but you can charge it using your android phone. Good, but mediocre sound.

Like, okay-ish.. for occasion that you only want to put background music for your activity. Workout, commute, something like that.

Not for study/work though, you'll notice their flaws in no time
