I would suggest the 1000 XM2/3 for your needs & should survive the UK weather enough, the excellent NC is just a bonus if you're not fussed.

Hi there, I am not sure if you interested in the OTE headphones or the on-ear headphones or in-ear earphones. I would recommend trying Jaybird X3 or X4 or Fiio FH5 or AKG K845BT, Sennheiser HD1, PXC550, Sony 1000XM2/XM3.
