Anyone heard these? I can get them for a really good deal at Guitar Center. I've been in need of some proper computer speakers for quite a while.

How good is the deal at guitar center?

Is it just local to yours? maybe ill have to take a trip to mine.. (i live in norcal)

If its super cheap then its probably good, but anywhere near the $350 msrp and i rather have a 2.0 monitor system. Possibly Behringer Truth B2031A Monitors

Edit: Whoops, nevermind. I was thinking of a different model. These speakers just started shipping in June '07.

well, i went ahead and picked them up. had to get myself a birthday present anyway. they sound ridiculously good. especially at the price i got them at. (hate to brag, but a bit over 200). oh, to have friends at GC.
