Looking to possibly order some headphones through this company. Does anyone have experience with them? Are they located in the States? How is their customer service?

Looks like they're in South Jersey. I wasn't sure if this Jersey is New or the Isle of, but their business hours are EST. So, yes, USA.

According to TrustPilot their customer service is good. Looks like maybe they opened summer 2019.

They are located in the United States. I purchased a Chord 2go from them within the last 60 days. I experienced timely shipping and good communication throughout the process. No hesitation in purchasing from them again.
