Oh yeah they'll send you the black version not the ones in the pic. I believe it was Gshan...Ghan or something like that ordered from B&H and got the black version.

Got mine at Buy.com for $180
I thought Etymotic changed over to this design about 18 months ago? If that is the case I would think pretty much everyone is going to have the black ones. I thought the multi-colored ones were to be fazed out. Those are probably harder to find.
