I considered the BCL back in the day, but went for the Slee Solo based on reviews and ease of purchase locally. (The BCL is now available from Headphonic in Perth, but the retailer's comments about it are a tad luke-warm.)
With my set-up, I characterise the Slee Solo as 'muscular' and dynamic with the HD-650s. Note that I have a Zu cable upgrade and use an okay source, which is another way you can get more detail from your music: source first! Ahem.
