I got some unfinished Bitcomet download in my old PC, just wondering, is it possible to copy the unfinished file and put it into my new PC and let the bitcomet in the new pc resume the download?

If you have the torrent, it should work.

put the *.bc! file in the right path and load the torrent again, then it works. the torrent file can be found in the original task by using "torrent save as"

There's no command such as "torrent save as" in my bitcomet. Under "file", I have "open torrent".

Not helpful for your particular situation, but I would recommend that you move to another client like uTorrent. BitComet is configured to absolutely hammer trackers and some trackers are setup to deliberately throttle your bandwidth for this.

What does that mean? You mean it makes my internet connection go slow?

If I use uTorrent, will I still get the same seeders as Bitcomet one ?

Yes, I used bitcomet before and I'm using utorrent now. It's so much faster, especially if you're able to open the port forwarding from your router.

Don't quite understand the last part, lol. So I just get the newest version?

I'm using the last stable version. Utorrent are able to direct torrent traffic using specific port, you will need to get that port open from your router, it's called 'port forwarding'.
