Just wondered if anyone has had a listen to this album by Ottmar Liebert? Recorded for headphones to create a 3-D Surround Effect apparently.

I'm listening to samples right now, good stuff. I usually pass on his stuff (I do have a few early releases) because it is so all the same. This one being a binaural recording makes me want to add it to my "must buy" list.

It sounds *cool* enough, but the music over rides the spatial bling, so its a solid value.
I actually heard this at a Head-Fi meet and was really impressed. I'm still on the fence whether or not I like the material enough to buy it. All too often I've bought stuff based on SQ alone, only to later find that I wasn't that crazy about the music. That makes such albums one-time-listen-only or for the occasional demo. But this album is really nice. BTW, you can 'demo' it on iTunes.
I purchased his 'Solo Para Ti' album which sounded great. Superb guitar playing. Have just ordered this from Amazon as I'm curious to hear a Binaural recording. Anyone recommend any others?
