Just wanted to give a big shout out of thanks to Bill at Anthony Gallo Acoustics.  I recently ordered the new Strada 2 to use as nearfield monitors on my desktop system.  In my excitement, I paid for 3 day shipping.  3-4 days after the speakers arrived, I received a PayPal notice that my shipping fee had been refunded.  Confused, I called Bill and he very nicely explained that, given my location, the standard (free) shipping should, and did, get it to me in the same time.  I live in Northern California, while Gallo is in SoCal.  Duh...I should have known this when I was placing the order....the fog of excitement I guess....lol.
 
Thanks again Bill.  It's good to know that Gallo Acoustics approaches business the good, old-fashioned way - by paying attention to the details. 
 
And the Strada 2's?  Fantastic so far....more on that to come.
