Sorry for going back to the past but I have to say after 6 years of IEM usage SE210, SE215, Ety Mk5 and Hf5, I have to agree with the original poster. I can't use any of the standard large sleeves anymore. They just fall out of my ear. I am no longer to isolate the world like I used to. I just wonder if there are other folks who are suffering the same condition. I love my IEMs but they no longer work

Your ear canals are lined with bone, there's no way mere foam would enlarge them.

The passage of 9 years has not made this statement any less true. The synthetic foams used in IEMs can't bend your bones.
