The Stax SRM-1/MK2 has a bias voltage of 370v with a Pro and Standard bias. However, I thought that the Pro bias is 580v. How can this be?

You're measuring at the jack instead of in front of the ballast resistor. The value is about right if you take into account the voltage drop caused by your multimeter.

I was wondering this too I got a measurement of 195v for standard bias and 440v for Pro bias
but I do got a cheap ($15) digital meter so that might have something to do with it.
