I have purchased many pairs of headphones lately, but the pair that has captured my heart the most is the Beyerdynamic Tesla T1. They sound rich and very dynamic. My only concern is the cabling; right now, I have about eight (8) feet of TWag v2 from Whiplash Audio with Cryo-Parts balanced XLR's. I like the TWag v2. It's a very open cable and the T1's are very open; but I wonder if the whole thing is TOO open and if I should consider getting something like the the Moon Audio Black Dragon with the Neutrik connectors. At the very least, I feel like I should switch to the Neutrik or Furutech connectors with the cable I have and/or see if I can get an extension cable as well. I know that these are specially wired with six (6) wires rather than four (4) to be "truly balanced", although I'm not sure there's a difference. I'm not trying to insult anyone. I LOVE the T1's with the TWag v2 and the Cryo-Parts XLR's. I just always have to wonder how I can make things better.

Kind regards,
Andy
