I would start flat and after the first 30 to 50 hours if you think you need to EQ play with it then. If I EQ the T90 I just trim the top end a little.

The Asgard 2 pairs nicely with the T90. I have pc CD rips16/44.1 foodar>T1 with a Holland or Germany tube>Asgard 2>T90 sounds great.

Leave everything at max on the computer.
 
Set the volume using the pot in your amplifier.
