Hi guys. I just bought an 4 pin XLR balanced cable for my T1's to connect up to my Moon 430HA. It worked lovely for around 20 seconds then it started to cut out erratically, until I unplugged one of the jacks from the headphones. I believe the XLR plug on the MOON is fine, as I had been using a set of Abyss on there for a good hour or so the previous weekend with no issue. I have asked to get an exchange (Thomann) but I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue?

p.s.
I have the Gen 2 T1's so the cable is matched.

Update. I unplugged all the digital cables, and then plugged back in nice and tight and all seems ok. Potentially a grounding issue?
