I bought my pair of MMX 300 December,30,2014. A few months after that the wiring became lose and a side stopped working, I sent them in under the warranty and they were repaired. However just recently the cable at the top came loose exposing the wiring and not that long after the sound died completely. I looked the headphones up and just like I remembered everywhere I look online it states the MMX 300 have a 5 year warranty, however when I read the warranty page on Beyerdynamics website it claims a warranty time of only 2 years. Can I RMA them and get them repaired. Will the service repairer stand by the warranty? I bought them from an authorized dealer. Thanks!

Have you tried asking Beyerdynamic if the headphones are still under warranty?

They repairer just emailed me back telling me they were approved, thanks for the help though!
