[Bugler]

I had posted on my local audiophile forum that I was looking for cans with sound at least close to my Sennheiser HD650 but with closed back for isolation from ambient sounds (wife, tv, etc) and velour ear cushions like the HD650. I was considering Beyerdynamic DT770-pro-250ohm. Another member loaned me his for a couple weeks and I really enjoyed them. A different sound than my HD650, but still enjoyable and much better isolation. I bought a pair on eBay from a very reputable seller that are in excellent condition including new ear cushions. I'm really enjoying them. I spend most of my day listening to music unfortunately due to a battle with stage IV cancer. I'm recovering from my 5th major surgery 7 weeks ago so my movement is very limited and will be for quite a long time according to my surgeons. Although I prefer speakers since my wife retired a year early to be with me I find headphones very handy. That lead me to discover this forum. Thanks for all the great advice.
