I'm guessing anyone still has a chance to change the wifes mind before the phones are sent or the tatoo is permanently infused into the skin, which by the way, and not to be a jerk or start anything undesireable, IMHO it's not over until the fat lady sings. By that I mean anyone can change thier mind right up until the ink needle begins, so if a drawing appears that she likes best even after the contest was over, was it really over due to what she thought she liked best? I mean come-on, to be fair we're talking about a commitment here, not a paste on/pull off bubble gum wrapper tattoo.
I don't think so,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, fire away with new drawings and stop whining

Reasons for the time period on the original post,
Were because she had her holidays from 24th june - 1st of jul.

She planned on getting it that week.
fundage problems,diddnt happen.

Close to a month's time to send in pictures..8o

I sure didn't mean to rock the boat and I'm sure you and your better half can appreciate more potential artworks she may decide she likes better. It probably won't happen since mrvile did a spectacular job, but I would feel bad not posting my thoughts if another sketch/artist could end up more to her liking. Afterall she is going to live with it for some time.
Maybe when she's ready she will allow you to show off the new body art in a post or a follow up here?

This contest is ridiculous. first you turn of the contest 13 min after i say i'm gonna send in my new pictures. then you announce a winning picture and replace it with a new one 3 h later. You also said that 4th july was gonna be the last date of the contest but you pulled it back to 3rd!

you don't deserve to be called Gentleman.
I had 4 pictures ready. posting them now will only result in everyone stealing my pictures. My pictures always gets stolen and I'm getting sick of it.

He lives in Helsinki and i in Stockholm we are basically in the same timezone.
that aside, he is the one that should have the timezone differences in mind. Since it is his contest. Since it is he that turned the contest of to early.

He knows that what he did was wrong and now he is trying to redeem himself. To be honest i don't care what the price is, what i am referring to is the principle. Head-fi should be based on trust and respect. when i see him shut of the competition 13 min after i post that i am gonna show some new pictures I've been working on then there is simply absence of principle. We all should play are parts righteously and honestly so everyone could feel trust towards each other.
