Is it the same?

Just found this and I was wondering if this is the same headband as the DT770 headband that fits the Grado headphones?

Looks the same to me... Heres th eone I pulled off my DT770

Pictured is an MS2 with HF-1 vinyl headband with DT770 pad.

Well, I just compared the headbands on my DT770/80s and DT880s. Both are relatively new, bought new within the last 6 to 18 months. The pleather thing covering the headband seems identical at first look but is not 100%. The metal headband on my DT880s is 2-3 mm wider than on the 770s and the buttons/connectors/whatever-they're-called are located slightly differently.

Sounds like they'd still fit the Grados.

The part number is: #340.502 Headband Pad for DT770 Pro.

That means they are different. Better try to get in touch with Beyer NL to get the DT770 headband.

On Beyer UK site - 770, 880, 990 headband is the same part number
