I'd recommend the SA-5000 over the DT-880. In my own rig the RS-1, however, is the true Yin to the Yang of the HD-650. If you've never listened to the RS-1 I would definitely recommend a listen before you buy if possible (or buy used on the forums), but in addition to a HD-650 to use in the cases where the RS-1 is not the best compliment to the music, I highly recommend it.
