Anyone know of a converter which will convert AVI/MPG/DivX -> WMV without the quality being all pixelated? I really want to try out the videos part of my Zune.

Hi,
I am currently using winamp to transfer my music to wma10pro at 384kbps CBR. It sounds great! Now I am just waiting for my zune to arrive in a few days! I have been hearin different things about wma10pro though... Someone mention that this fomat kinda mess up the UI a bit though.... not sure. Anyways.... cheers.
