Hi guys --- I am a friend of Aman's, and am looking for some solutions.
I have a pair of Aman's HD497s which he has graciously gave to me, and now I am wondering how I can take full advantage of these headphones.
For fifty dollars, what would be the best way to make my sound quality better? I would like to keep my HD497 headphones -- maybe a nice little amplifier? Or a new soundcard? Or both?
I want to keep my main source as my PC. By the way, the sound card would preferably have to be Linux compatable.
A little bit over the budget is probably okay, but I'd like to keep within 50 dollars if at all possible.
