I have a ~30 ft run of four conductor signal cable (unshielded..it was cheap) from my (soon to be) DAC at my 'puter to my home stereo in another part of the house. In the attic I have to cross several Romex power cables. What is the best way to shield the signal cable? Can I place some material between them? How far away would they have to be? I know about the 90 degree crossing rule but is there anything else I can do?
