What program do you guys use to convert?

I want to convert FLAC to something compatible with my iPod for portable use. I don't want to install another OS on my iPod yet.

I use Max.
An open-source audio CD ripper and audio file converter application. It supports all the iPod compatible codecs/formats, such as Apple Lossless, AAC, MP3, WAV, AIFF, and more..

Highly recommended!

Foobar2000, select the album right click and choose convert.

I can't use Max, because I have Windows. I will give Foobar2000 a shot.

I use dbPowerAmp and convert to M4A for iPod use. I have it set up to use iTunes as the encoder. Seems to work OK. I did my entire FLAC library at once and it ran for 3 days!
