I need the slightest amount of build up on the end of my monitor...Does clear nail polish really work, or other suggestions

Fix the title: Fitting Issues with CIEMs (custom in ear monitors) and explain a bit better

Depending on how they fit there are two types of adjusting you can do: one is (if its not tight) add clear coat fingernail polish, if its tight and hurts you can shave with edge of an exacto blade.

A local audiologist can help you with the fit, they do the same with hearing aids

The end is prolly not the best place to build them up. You can use nail polish but build them up at the inside of the first bend. That is one of our spots we use in the lab.
