I recently got a pair of Senn hd600s, an audioengine D1 amp, and was playing all my music and video (mkv/mp4 high rez movies) through VLC player on my iMac...it sounded great...until I discovered amarra music player.
That program took my music to another level and made me realize, "so THIS is why I spent nearly $600 on a pair of cans and an amp", I mean it was great before that but amarra just took the music to a whole other level...now I'm wondering what I've been missing with the audio on my video files. Is there a better video player than VLC for my high rez movie files?
