I need opinions
Which are the best iniversal in-ear monitors now?
cost no object
Neutrality and flat FR appreciated but I prefer them on the warm/bassy side of neutrality than analytical/thin sounding.

Well, if the price is unimportant my guess is that the most expensive universal IEMs of renown audio brands are a safe bet... 
I never had the luxury of going up to this price level so I cannot help from personal experience.
 
the top-tier of joker's list should give you a good place to start.

Most manufacturers offer a "reshelling" option that allows the new purchaser to get a custom molded shell for their ears.  The reshell uses the electronics and drivers from the previous owner are transplanted into the new shell.  This typically runs $150 to $250 for most companies.  I personally love my IE800 as far as universals go.  It's the only headphone I've heard that provides bass emphasis without impinging on the mids.  Absolutely fantastic gear if you like a slightly warm sound with tons of detail and air.
