Hey guys, I'm a noob on this forum, and want to get the help from you (the pros) on what my next pair of cans will be. Here's my specs I want my cans to be:
Fairly nice looking
Bass that is very strong
Still fairly nice clarity

We know that beats are trash...we know.
Some good, rich, bass cans that I've heard about are:
Panasonic htf600 step monitor
Ath-m50(I own these, they extend extremely deep)
V-moda lp2 or m100
Creative Aurvana live
JVC s500
These are a bit more expensive but are supposed to have unbeatable bass in terms of quality, the denon ad2000

yes, wafflezz is on the money ! denon adh-2000 is your best bet in this price range IMO (used as there discontinued now)The new denons are pants, i purchased some and resold same day! (d600)  some 2000,s are in the classifieds on headfi

I agree with everything jbs said except that the D600s are.... "pants" as they say in UK? If you can find the D2000 for $300 go for it, else the D600s are worth a try.

Aint the most clearest, but have you tried the ATH-M50? But, since you have a higher budget, I would check out the DT-990 Pro. It has a smiley curve (lots of base and treble). Try them both out, they are like almost complete opposites! ATH-M50 is less clear though.

Damn, really? Like I could literally EQ it a bit and they would be RATTLING on my ears (no joke!). Scary and cool at the same time haha. Another headphone with nice bass is the TMA-1 but a lot of people find it more muddy than dark :s

The TMA-1s are so dark. I found them incredibly bass anemic compared to the D2000/D600 which blow them out of the water in terms of bass quantity/quality, clarity, and soundstage (the soundstage is no contest); but that came as no surprise since they're not even in the same price range.

For that budget, a couple of good choices I have experience with - I currently own ALL of these -
 
Ultrasone Pro900 - great bass, good looking, to me fantastic sound
Denon D2000 - can be found used all the time.  Great bass, not great for portable at all.
Denon D600 - great bass, great portable solution, ultra comfy.
 
V-Moda M100 - next level down to ME.  Good bass, comfort is iffy.  Very portable.  Reputed to be "built like a tank" but have cracking problems and pads are an issue with a fair number of folks.
