All I'm looking for is the most bass-y earbuds below £30 ($45), and don't sound messy at higher volumes like I've experienced with some Sony earbuds. 
 
 
Any ideas guys?

Brainwavz R1, clearly. (Or Meelec m9. It is not as good, but very bassy.)

They're both in-ear, not earbuds.
 
My ears hate in-ear earphones.
