I second Top Gun OST. It's got 8 (IMO) quality songs and Hot Summer Nights and Heaven In Your Eyes are made awesome simply by being associated with the other ones. 10 songs of pure blood-pumping greatness!

I also cast my vote for the OSTs of the Lord of the Rings series, esp. Return of the King (Minas Tirith and Into The West always give me the chills, in a good way).
