The Hoffman mastered "Who's Next" is my pick. It doesn't hurt that it is also one of the best rock albums ever made.

I bought two used copies of "Who's Next" CDs mastered by Steve Hoffman, the CD is made in Japan.

Target CDs are pretty good, I got Eagles' Greatest Hits I, and I think its better than the DCC gold version.

The only way to identify a Hoffman "Who's Next" is a running time of 43:25 give or take a second.  Some made in Japan CDs don't have the Hoffman mastering. Mine in a BMG club CD made in USA.

I already mentioned this one, but isn't the 96hz remaster brickwalled? Seems like a lot of SACD/dvd audio masters are victims of the loudness wars

Actually I don't have anything else to compare it with. For the longest time I thought it was a live album?? Little did I know it was where much of my favorite Rush songs came from. I may have it on vinyl somewhere?

Fleetwood Mac - Rumors - The Chain
Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms
Pink Floyd - Wish you were here
Pink Floyd - Division Bell
Black Keys - Attack & Release (Rock??)
Stereophonics - Performance and Cocktails.... they are fan's of analogue which gives a good sound.
