Given the low output impedance and flat frequency response of the sansa clip+, any highly regarded IEM would be a good choice.

I do like the sound of my JVC HA-S500-Z (Gun metal Gray) headphones, $76.99, ships from Japan, takes less then a week.

You can buy and try difference ear pads for around $15 a pair, like softer Leather or Velour.

With a little more info regarding your music and sound signature preferences you should be able to get some really good feedback. Don't forget to include your planned budget as this will be a huge determining factor.

get fiio e6 for 20-25$ and you'll have enough juice to drive almost any iem...clip+ is very clean and neutral sounding, and if you rockbox it, you'll have incredible eq to play with :)

The B&W P5 are actualy good match but there are few other IEMs like RE272, Sony EX7550, JVC FX700, GR07 and GR01 willbe great combo with Clip+, Denon C300 willbe amazing together if need bassheavy IEMs.

Are you looking for ultimate SQ or just maybe clean fun sound? For that budget you could get a pretty good IEM or headphone or you could drop down slightly and get one of each. Do you need something that will block noise well?

Don't get an E6, its worthless, it does get the music louder it takes away the clarity IMO. If any amp get a FiiO E11. My Zip does drive my gear just fine though
