Hi I am wondering what is the best program, free or not, that can record 192kbps radio streams.

Anyone know of some? Thanks

Isn't that stealing? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but a stream is one thing, but recording the stream seems like illegal downloading.

Streamripper maybe? "Best" is subjective, so guess you have to make up your own mind.
...and note that it might break copyrights to save radio streams.
