On the 200th anniversary of J.S. Bach, Telarc released the entire collection of Bach works, 12 box sets, 100+ CDs. To my disappointment the interpretation didn't meet my expectations (mostly all the organ works).
I want to buy the entire Rachmaninov's piano concertos on CD. Is better to buy them in separate CD's? Do you know of any good box sets with good interpretations with the entire concertos?
Problem with separate CD's is that is hard to find the entire concertos with all their movements and usually they are mixed with other works.
