What's the best program for copying CD's?

I have Roxio Easy DVD copy...is that a good one?

Is EAC the best for copying CD's like it is the best for ripping? I have tried to use it but always get errors and problems. Would EAC do a better (more bit-perfect) job than other copiers, or are all copiers equally good?

Is EAC only better when it comes to ripping?

Let me be more specific: what is the best program for copying scratched/damaged CD's....is there one that is best for this, like EAC is for ripping?

You could argue that EAC is best for ripping a scratched CD, since it can be set to take the time to do it properly and accurate ly.
