I want a portable setup under 450 bucks. I want a good pair of iems to listen to rap with a good source and amp. Give me your opinions.

That is a portable $400 set up that will sound good with everything, especially rap. Those Monster Turbine Golds match up well with the J3, no need for an external amp.
