Hello,
I need some help on the best portable sound quality that I can get for my pc at work. Here are my Specs:
Music: 320 mp3 files on a 32GB patriot Flash Drive with Media Monkey on the flash drive as well.
PC: Some crappy Dell Optiplex with an HD Audio ( I think it's ADI driver)
So here is my plan:
1) DAC- Either a Fiio E7 or Nuforce Icon uDac-2 (from $88 to $129)
to pair with
2) Soundmatters foxLv2 or Jawbone Jambox (from $150 - $200)
Since this is my work pc, I want to ensure that what is mine is easily identifiable from what is theirs. Going with any combination of above, this provides with a quick and easy way to either bring in my system everyday, or leave it in my office.
So the above will bypass the audio processing from the pc, correct?
Any other portable DAC's/speakers I am missing?
Thanks
