I am looking for really good portable ones? Doesn't matter if they are Headphones, Earphones or In-Ear Monitors. Will be using them with a windows tablet for music, movies, and tv shows. Thanks.

With these, your tablet will be the factor limiting the audio quality.
You might want to look into a DAC/Amp that would bypass the built-in DAC.
