Depending on the level of bass you would like, from least to most:
  1. NAD VISO HP50
  2. Focal Spirit Classic -or- Professional
  3. V-Moda M100
  4. Audio Technica ATH-Pro700MK2
From most neutral (not lacking in bass) to the occasional bass-heavy fun.

M100s isolate the least but still serve as a good portable. Won't be so comfortable if your ears are bigger.

Only consider that M100 is very dark sounding. You can hardly hear the parts of the treble such as cymbals.

What about Sennheiser Momentum or ATH-M50 or Beats Studio?

ATH-M50 is overpriced. Besides, you can do better in your budget. Beats Studio, I don't recommend. Momentums aren't really that portable; they come with a hard-shell case, but you can't collapse or fold them. I can stand pretty confidently behind the V-Moda M100s if you want the bass emphasized.
