I am looking for a the best portable amp for the M-100's.
Requirements:  1. Has a rechargeable battery
                        2. Around $50
                        3. Has a setting to adjust bass (up and down)
                        4. Is portable

The E11 is $46 at B&H Photo. Don't see how you can do better than the E11 at that price

@ $50 the E11 is the best you're going to do, the M100 is pretty efficient so you don't really need a lot of power anyway. If you up your budget to $100 you'll have more option.
