Hey guys, so this is my first thread in this forum and i need help choosing some headphones. I want them for listening to music etc but i play drums so i may use them for playing as well. I have narrowed it down to these two headphones but i am open to other suggestions.

Audio-Technica ATH-M20X:

Sennheiser HD419:

I listen to mostly rock/punk music so I like some bass, but not too much that it is overpowering. i just want the best sound quality available but sound isolation and sound leakage is also important.

Thanks

Both will not cut it, especially for drums. I still remember the sound signature of the HD419 pretty clearly the day I heard it, but I can tell you that it does not have the overall tightness and impact you will want to hear when playing drums. At least go for the ATH-M40x

The HD 419 should be ok.
